Design and Approvals

 

Estuary can manage the entire design and approvals process for any facility and procure all necessary plans and documentation required for same.

We maintain a working knowledge of the codes and guidelines of, and good relations with, all relevant statutory bodies whose consent is dependent upon local councils' approval of any proposed facility.

These include:
bullet Dept. of Land and Water Conservation
bullet NSW Fisheries
bullet Waterways
bullet Pittwater Waterways Plan of Management (DCP)

Estuary services include:
bullet procure appropriate marine identification surveys for any proposal.
bullet prepared drawings showing all aspects of the proposal required by the relevant authorities.
bullet procure all approvals from the aforementioned authorities.
bullet prepare and submit council Development Applications and Construction Certificates.
